The Houston Rockets have made the biggest of changes.

James Harden is no longer a Rocket as the team has agreed to a trade sending the 31-year old superstar guard to the Brooklyn Nets. To Houston comes Victor Oladipo, Dante Exum, Rodions Kurucs, four first-round picks and four first-round pick swaps.
