Morey: Francis-to-Rockets a 'longshot'
I was able to attend the Luis Scola press conference on Saturday, and Rockets GM Daryl Morey covered several topics afterwards.

One discussion was free agent point guard Steve Francis, the former "Franchise" of the Rockets.

Could he return home?

"He's someone that we have interest in," said Morey. "But he's weighing many, many, many possibilities and I think that him coming [back to Houston] at this point looks like a longshot."

But does having Rafer Alston, Mike James and Aaron Brooks on the Rockets roster already make that a bad fit?

"I think with players like Steve and players of a high quality and caliber of play, you often add them and then work to figure it out."
