For many fans, Yao Ming is one of the biggest mysteries of the draft, with opinions ranging from potential dominant post player to the Chinese version of Shawn Bradley.
I think these highlights should bring some closure that Yao is no Bradley.
ClutchCity.net acquired a nearly 4-minute video clip that is full of Yao Ming highlights. They include some of the things he did in the 2000 Olympics, including the well-publicized rejections of both Gary Payton and Vince Carter. Keep in mind that Yao was 19, almost 20, then. He's had 2 years of development since that time.
Other clips include highlights from Yao in the CBA as a member of the Shanghai Sharks. Yao shows a developing hook shot (which could be damn near unstoppable once refined), nice post moves, a willingness to play back to the basket and good court vision for passes out of the post.
After viewing, you'll realize there's a reason that Jerry Krause, even today, is rumored to want that top pick to take Yao.
You can download the full (and large) video clip for your viewing pleasure in the Clutch Multimedia section.
