Total: 16 points

2 Points
1. Toronto Raptors: Andrea Bargnani
7-0, 230-pound 28 year old SF/PF out of Benetton Treviso

Congrats! You got it -- 2 points rewarded!
I really thought something would happen to make Aldridge the #1 pick, but looks like Toronto is content to remain at #1 and take Bargnani. I think that is a lot of media pressure for him and I'm not sure he's the top player available, but it looks like he's their guy.

2. Chicago Bulls: LaMarcus Aldridge
6-11, 237-pound 28 year old PF/C out of Texas

Congrats! You got it -- 2 points rewarded!
The Bulls are just grateful the Raptors drafted for need.... Aldridge looks to be the big with the best potential in this draft, and he would go to a very young Bulls team that could really make noise in the East.
0 Points
3. Charlotte Bobcats: Rudy Gay
6-9, 220-pound 27 year old SF out of Connecticut

0 points rewarded
I'm torn here ... Morrison would give this faceless franchise a scorer and an identity, but in honor of Michael Jordan now being on board with the Bobcats, I say they go with the high-flyer in Rudy Gay. Gay's measurements and athletic tests looked strong. Along with Emeka Okafor and Gerald Wallace, Charlotte is now stocked up in the athletic freak department. That team would have the potential for a strong defense.

4. Portland Trail Blazers: Adam Morrison
6-8, 205-pound 29 year old SF out of Gonzaga

0 points rewarded
Talk about an answered prayer ... Morrison gives the Blazers a top scoring talent, a prospect from the area and a guy who won't rob the local liquor store.
5 Points
5. Atlanta Hawks: Shelden Williams
6-9, 250-pound 30 year old PF out of Duke

Congrats! You got it -- 5 points rewarded!
It seems too high, but Atlanta has a lot of young, tall guys at the 2-3-4 positions so it looks like they are trying to follow the Pistons model, with Shelden's revved-up motor playing the role of Ben Wallace in the post.
0 Points
6. Minnesota Timberwolves: Tyrus Thomas
6-9, 215-pound 27 year old PF out of LSU

0 points rewarded
Thomas seems to be all over the board, with some even having him slide to late lottery. Minnesota needs everything, and may have no choice but to deal KG soon. They tab Thomas here because of his explosive athleticism and shotblocking skills.
0 Points
7. Portland Trail Blazers: Brandon Roy
6-5, 195-pound 29 year old SG out of Washington

0 points rewarded
They trade in here and take whatever top 6 player slides. By adding Morrison and Roy they get two talents from the Northwest. Hey Mr. Van Gundy ... how does that win in Denver look now?
0 Points
8. Houston Rockets: Randy Foye
6-3, 205-pound 30 year old PG out of Villanova

0 points rewarded
If they can't trade up (could they work a deal with Portland at 4?) and it plays out as I see here, with no top 6 sliders, I expect the Rockets to possibly shop the pick for a spot lower (for Brewer) and something, and take the best player/value available. That's Foye, who has moved up with comparisons to Dwyane Wade. Though I want Rudy Gay or Brandon Roy and think Brewer would be a better fit here, I wouldn't be that upset if they came away with a nails combo guard like Foye either.
5 Points
9. Golden State Warriors: Patrick O'Bryant
7-0, 250-pound 27 year old C out of Bradley

Congrats! You got it -- 5 points rewarded!
Possible trade-down here, but if not, the Warriors desperately need a center. O'Bryant is moving up the charts and given his position, he could be in high demand on draft day ... even if he's likely a few years away. So the Warriors snatch up this year's Andrew Bynum at no. 9.
0 Points
10. Oklahoma City Thunder: Ronnie Brewer
6-7, 217-pound 29 year old SG out of Arkansas

0 points rewarded
Seattle is likely to be pursuing deals. A number of teams want Brewer, so this could be a pick for someone else.
2 Points
11. Orlando Magic: J.J. Redick
6-4, 190-pound 29 year old SG out of Duke

Congrats! You got it -- 2 points rewarded!
The Magic like their team right now, with Dwight Howard's body going Barry Bonds overnight and Darko Milicic ready to contribute nightly. Though his back is a concern, they're overjoyed to see Redick still available, giving them a deadeye threat from long range to keep teams from sagging down too much on their power players.
0 Points
12. New Orleans Pelicans: Cedric Simmons
6-10, 235-pound 28 year old PF out of North Carolina State

0 points rewarded
The Hornets have the point guard in Chris Paul and they have plenty of athletic 2/3 players, so they pass on Carney and M-Will to take a big man with upside. David West was a nice surprise, but Cedric Simmons gives them more beef.
0 Points
13. Philadelphia Sixers: Rodney Carney
6-7, 205-pound 30 year old SF out of Memphis

0 points rewarded
The Sixers take the best available here, and that's Rodney Carney.
0 Points
14. Utah Jazz: Saer Sene
7-0, 230-pound 27 year old C out of Verviers-Pepinster

0 points rewarded
Saer Sene, a souped-up version of Malick Badiane, has soared up the charts on potential alone. The Jazz could certainly use a defensive center, and Sene fits the bill.
